Puedes tener la mejor estrategia de marketing, el mejor producto, el empaque m\u00e1s llamativo\u2026 pero si al llegar a la tienda no est\u00e1 bien exhibido, no hay stock o no tiene la etiqueta de precio, <\/span><b>no se va a vender.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Y aunque suene demasiado obvio, muchos <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/club.involves.com\/es\/10-principales-errores-de-trade-marketing\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">errores<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> se pueden repetir una y otra vez. Pero, tranqui, aqu\u00ed te contamos los m\u00e1s comunes <\/span><b>y c\u00f3mo puedes evitarlos.<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><b>1. Quiebre de stock (\u00a1el cl\u00e1sico!)<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00bfDe qu\u00e9 sirve que un consumidor llegue a buscar tu producto\u2026 y no lo encuentre? El <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/club.involves.com\/es\/gestion-de-inventario-como-evitar-quiebres-de-stock\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>quiebre de stock<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es uno de los errores m\u00e1s frecuentes en tiendas f\u00edsicas, y representa una p\u00e9rdida directa de ventas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>C\u00f3mo evitarlo:<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Revisa que los pedidos est\u00e9n bien alineados entre el promotor y el encargado del PDV.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utiliza <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/club.involves.com\/es\/herramientas-con-inteligencia-artificial\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">herramientas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que alerten cuando el inventario est\u00e1 por debajo del m\u00ednimo.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Analiza patrones de demanda en fechas clave para anticiparte.<\/span><br \/>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/club.involves.com\/es\/exhibicion-productos-punto-de-venta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>2. Mala exhibici\u00f3n del producto<\/b><\/a><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Que tu producto est\u00e9 <\/span><b>escondido o mal colocado <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">es tan grave como no estar. Si no est\u00e1 en el anaquel correcto, en el lugar con mayor visibilidad o con los materiales adecuados, es como si no existiera.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>C\u00f3mo evitarlo:<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Capacita a tus promotores en <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/club.involves.com\/es\/pdv-planograma-de-exito\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">planogramas<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> y puntos calientes del PDV.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Negocia puntos extra de visibilidad con el canal.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Usa checklists y fotos geolocalizadas para verificar que todo est\u00e9 en su lugar.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><b>3. Falta de <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/club.involves.com\/es\/materiales-pop\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>material POP<\/b><\/a><b> o mal instalado<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Los materiales de punto de venta (POP) como displays, cenefas o stoppers son claves para llamar la atenci\u00f3n del shopper. Pero muchas veces <\/span><b>no llegan, se pierden o se colocan mal.\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<h2><b>C\u00f3mo evitarlo:<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planea con tiempo la log\u00edstica de entrega y montaje.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Da seguimiento desde el backoffice con evidencia fotogr\u00e1fica.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Usa soluciones digitales que muestren en tiempo real qu\u00e9 materiales est\u00e1n activos y d\u00f3nde.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/club.involves.com\/es\/kpis-estrategia-precios\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>4. Precios incorrectos o sin visibilidad\u00a0<\/b><\/a><\/h2>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nada genera m\u00e1s desconfianza que <\/span><b>no ver el precio <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0o que en caja te cobren diferente. Un error as\u00ed puede llevar al shopper a abandonar la compra.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>C\u00f3mo evitarlo:<\/b><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Verifica precios con frecuencia y usa etiquetas claras.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Coordina con el retail es clave para obtener actualizaciones autom\u00e1ticas en sistemas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Usa tecnolog\u00eda que notifique al instante si hay discrepancias entre lo que se ve en el PDV y el sistema.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>5.
