Y sin duda es una buena noticia, sin embargo el trabajo no termina ah\u00ed, ya que lo fundamental es que esos productos se vendan desde el anaquel. Para conocer esa rotaci\u00f3n final existe una m\u00e9trica clave: el <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/club.involves.com\/es\/del-sell-in-al-sell-out\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sell out<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 es el sell-out en retail?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El sell-out es la venta del producto desde el punto de venta (PDV) hacia el consumidor final. Es el momento de la verdad donde el cliente decide sacar tu producto del anaquel y pasar por caja.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A diferencia de otros indicadores, el sell-out es el term\u00f3metro m\u00e1s honesto del mercado, dado que refleja la demanda real y la efectividad de tu ejecuci\u00f3n en tienda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existe otro t\u00e9rmino con el que es f\u00e1cil confundirse, se trata del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/club.involves.com\/es\/sell-in-vs-sell-out-por-que-son-clave-para-tu-estrategia-en-el-pdv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sell-in<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. El sell-in mide lo que el fabricante o proveedor le vende al retail, mientras que el <\/span><b>sell-out<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> analiza lo que el retail le vende al p\u00fablico.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si bien ambos indicadores son importantes, el trascendental es el sell-out. \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Porque puedes tener un alto sell in, fue un buen mes y te llegaron diversas \u00f3rdenes de compras, pero si tu sell out es bajo. Tus productos estar\u00e1n ocupando espacio en las bodegas, con el tiempo caducar\u00e1n y tendr\u00e1s posibles devoluciones o descuentos de 50% o m\u00e1s que a largo plazo afectar\u00e1n la marca.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>\u00bfPor qu\u00e9 el sell-out no crece aunque haya stock?<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La respuesta puede tener diversas aristas, pero una de las principales son las ventas perdidas invisibles, que pueden ser a causa de:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Quiebre tradicional:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Este es el evidente:\u00a0 No hay productos disponibles en el anaquel ni en la bodega. <\/span>&nbsp;<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Ventas p\u00e9rdidas invisibles:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> El sistema dice que hay stock, pero el producto no rota \u00bfPor qu\u00e9? Quiz\u00e1s el producto est\u00e1 \u00abextraviado\u00bb en la bodega trasera, no se ha repuesto en el anaquel, tiene un precio incorrecto o est\u00e1 bloqueado por una exhibici\u00f3n deficiente.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sin un an\u00e1lisis de sell out profundo, estas ineficiencias pasan desapercibidas, castigando tus KPIs de rentabilidad.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>La importancia del an\u00e1lisis de sell-out<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El an\u00e1lisis del <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/club.involves.com\/es\/sell-in-o-sell-out-que-estrategia-elegir-para-tu-marca-en-retail\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sell-out <\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">no se realiza para hacer un reporte hist\u00f3rico, sino que se realiza para predecir futuras acciones. La clave est\u00e1 en conectar los puntos con el OSA (On-Shelf Availability) que mide si un art\u00edculo est\u00e1 en el anaquel al momento de que un cliente lo quiera comprar.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entonces, si el sell-out baja de forma repentina, la pregunta debe ser: \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 dejamos de vender?.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Posibles respuestas:\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Sell-out bajo +\u00a0 Inventario alto =<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Problema de ejecuci\u00f3n o falta de inter\u00e9s del consumidor.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Sell-out bajo + Inventario bajo =<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Problema de log\u00edstica y reabastecimiento.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El an\u00e1lisis moderno utiliza estos datos para priorizar acciones. En lugar de enviar a un promotor a revisar 50 tiendas al azar, los datos de sell-out te indican exactamente en qu\u00e9 pasillo de qu\u00e9 sucursal hay una anomal\u00eda que requiere intervenci\u00f3n inmediata.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>Sell-out y la ejecuci\u00f3n<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un sell-out saludable es el resultado directo de una <\/span><b>ejecuci\u00f3n excelente en el PDV<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. Si el producto no es visible, si el material POP est\u00e1 roto o si tienes alg\u00fan quiebre, el sell-out sufrir\u00e1.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Las marcas l\u00edderes ya no ven el dato de venta como un n\u00famero aislado. Lo ven conectado a la fotograf\u00eda del anaquel, a la asistencia del promotor y al inventario. Solo mediante la integraci\u00f3n de estos factores se puede transformar un dato est\u00e1tico en una estrategia de crecimiento.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En palabras simples, el <\/span><b>sell out<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> es la manifestaci\u00f3n del cliente en n\u00fameros.
