A pessoa que est\u00e1 no PDV, aquela que \u00e9 diretamente afetada pelas a\u00e7\u00f5es em loja, n\u00e3o \u00e9 necessariamente a que vai usufruir do objeto de compra. Pense, por exemplo, no cl\u00e1ssico caso da m\u00e3e e da crian\u00e7a. N\u00e3o \u00e9 o beb\u00ea quem visita o PDV e decide qual papinha ou fralda levar para casa, embora tenha suas prefer\u00eancias pessoais.
