Posso afirmar, ainda, que cabe ao time de trade executar a estrat\u00e9gia de marketing por meio das equipes comerciais.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Entender esse ponto de vista \u00e9 f\u00e1cil quando aceitamos um fato incontest\u00e1vel: s\u00e3o as equipes de vendas, diretas ou indiretas, que est\u00e3o em permanente contato com os canais de venda e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, negociando diariamente com os agentes desses canais. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ao longo dessas infind\u00e1veis negocia\u00e7\u00f5es, s\u00e3o definidas e executadas <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/club.involves.com\/blog\/acoes-de-trade-marketing\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a\u00e7\u00f5es<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> que ir\u00e3o selar o destino dos produtos e das marcas dos fabricantes. Nesse momento, um dos Ps do marketing est\u00e1 sendo totalmente impactado: pra\u00e7a. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por melhor que seja a estrat\u00e9gia de trade marketing, se o comercial n\u00e3o &#8220;comprar&#8221; a ideia, ela n\u00e3o passar\u00e1 de uma bela teoria.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>O PESO DA ESTRAT\u00c9GIA COMERCIAL NAS A\u00c7\u00d5ES DE TRADE MARKETING\u00a0<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por mais de 15 anos tenho ajudado empresas de diferentes portes e segmentos a direcionar o comercial a seguir a estrat\u00e9gia tra\u00e7ada pelos departamentos de marketing e trade. Com base nessa experi\u00eancia, estabeleci seis passos fundamentais para que o plano de trade marketing aconte\u00e7a com sucesso nos canais de venda e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aqui v\u00e3o eles:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Passo 1<\/b><b>Conhecer o prop\u00f3sito e o posicionamento da empresa<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">O maior ativo de uma empresa \u00e9 a sua marca. A identidade de uma marca \u00e9 reflexo do seu posicionamento. Se aqui n\u00e3o houver uma vis\u00e3o clara, todo resto dar\u00e1 errado. Trade precisa transmitir ao comercial esse conceito. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Passo 2<\/b><b>Definir o perfil da distribui\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existem tr\u00eas modelos b\u00e1sicos de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o: exclusiva, seletiva ou capilaridade total. Quanto mais &#8220;nichado&#8221; ou <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">premium <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">for o produto ou a marca, mais exclusiva ou seletiva dever\u00e1 ser sua distribui\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se, por outro lado, for um produto de massa, a melhor op\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 a capilaridade total. Quando as empresas n\u00e3o t\u00eam clareza sobre isso, permitem que seu time comercial venda para o cliente que bem desejar, impactando diretamente no item acima (posicionamento de marca).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aqui, vale a m\u00e1xima: &#8220;Diga-me com quem andas que te direi quem \u00e9s&#8221;. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quer um exemplo? A <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.melissa.com.br\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Melissa<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, marca <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">premium<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> da Grendene, precisou sair das sapatarias tradicionais, passando a ser revendida exclusivamente em boutiques de moda, para consolidar sua estrat\u00e9gia de reposicionamento. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Passo 3<\/b><b>Estruturar o perfil da equipe comercial<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quanto mais seletiva for a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, mais qualificada e t\u00e9cnica dever\u00e1 ser a abordagem das equipes de vendas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Uma estrat\u00e9gia comercial de sucesso exige que o trade marketing preste aux\u00edlio \u00e0 \u00e1rea de vendas para a capacita\u00e7\u00e3o de equipes, de modo que estejam preparadas para transmitir aos agentes dos canais a correta mensagem do produto ou da marca. Mesmo produtos de massa n\u00e3o comportam mais equipes desqualificadas, que apenas &#8220;tiram pedido&#8221;.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Passo 4<\/b><b>Mapear e segmentar os canais de venda e distribui\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Conheci muitas empresas que, quando falavam sobre seus revendedores, se referiam a eles simplesmente como &#8220;varejo&#8221;. \u00c9 uma forma simplista de ver a carteira. Os varejistas, bem como os atacadistas e distribuidores, possuem diferentes perfis. Esse entendimento \u00e9 fundamental para garantir uma boa estrat\u00e9gia comercial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Farm\u00e1cia independente n\u00e3o \u00e9 a mesma coisa que farm\u00e1cia rede; mini mercado n\u00e3o \u00e9 a mesma coisa que emp\u00f3rio, e por a\u00ed vai. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Passo 5<\/b><b>Estabelecer indicadores de sucesso <\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o basta simplesmente vender. \u00c9 preciso ter lucro, introduzir o mix correto, ter visibilidade, ocupar a posi\u00e7\u00e3o correta. Cada canal mapeado no passo anterior deve ter um retrato de sucesso, que servir\u00e1 ao comercial para mensurar se a execu\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 seguindo as premissas estrat\u00e9gicas da empresa. O trade deve construir em conjunto com o setor esse retrato. <\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Passo 6<\/b><b>Monitorar e aperfei\u00e7oar<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">N\u00e3o existe estrat\u00e9gia comercial perfeita. Existe execu\u00e7\u00e3o e aprendizado. O campo ensina muito para a empresa. Mostra a ela o quanto sua vis\u00e3o est\u00e1 aderente \u00e0 realidade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cabe ao trade sistematizar a coleta dessas informa\u00e7\u00f5es, n\u00e3o sendo percebido pelos seus pares comerciais como um espi\u00e3o, e sim como um aliado. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Empresas que conseguem implantar esses seis passos formam um grande diferencial competitivo, muito dif\u00edcil de ser copiado pela concorr\u00eancia.
