Principalmente quando se est\u00e1 partindo do zero, realmente estruturando uma \u00e1rea de trade pela primeira vez.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Esse \u00e9 um passo importante e que deve ser muito bem estudado pelo profissional que recebe esta miss\u00e3o. Este post foi organizado com este objetivo em mente: gui\u00e1-lo durante o processo de<strong> implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de trade marketing<\/strong> para que voc\u00ea siga um caminho que render\u00e1 bons frutos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><b>IMPLEMENTA\u00c7\u00c3O DE TRADE MARKETING: UM PASSO A PASSO<\/b><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Existem muitos fatores que devem ser levados em conta na hora de planejar as etapas de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de trade marketing. Itens indispens\u00e1veis envolvem cultura da empresa, amadurecimento dos times comerciais (vendas, marketing e trade), e entendimento do <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/club.involves.com\/blog\/shopper-marketing\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">shopper<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, das categorias, dos canais de vendas e ainda das ferramentas de execu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acredito que o trade marketing desempenhe papel fundamental na estrutura da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o e deve estar focado em gerar incremento de resultados, buscando sempre a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos retornos comerciais. A \u00e1rea deve ter papel estrat\u00e9gico, fazendo parte do GTM (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">go to market<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">) e n\u00e3o se preocupar apenas com a fun\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e1tica \u2013 o que, geralmente, acontece.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A evolu\u00e7\u00e3o deste processo precisa ser cont\u00ednua.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-14604\" src=\"https:\/\/club.involves.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/12\/Tabela_implementa\u00e7\u00e3o_trade_marketing.png\" alt=\"Tabela_implementa\u00e7\u00e3o_trade_marketing\" width=\"700\" height=\"407\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para que isto aconte\u00e7a, sugerimos 6 passos importantes de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da \u00e1rea de trade marketing. S\u00e3o eles:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>#1 Prop\u00f3sito e Posicionamento<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como a empresa (ou seus produtos) deseja ser percebida pelo <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">shopper<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">? Tal passo deve estar muito claro para todos os envolvidos, pois aqui levamos a estrat\u00e9gia de marketing para a execu\u00e7\u00e3o do PDV. Assim, ser\u00e1 poss\u00edvel garantir o posicionamento constru\u00eddo nas diferentes m\u00eddias.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>#2 Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9 preciso estar bem definido em quais canais os produtos ser\u00e3o distribu\u00eddos, pois o trade marketing que gera resultados tem muito claras as suas estrat\u00e9gias para cada canal de venda (distribui\u00e7\u00e3o).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Podemos resumir distribui\u00e7\u00e3o em tr\u00eas modelos distintos:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><b>Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o exclusiva: <\/b>marca\/produto ser\u00e3o comercializados em um canal exclusivo de venda. Geralmente, s\u00e3o produtos de nicho \u2013 isto \u00e9, voltados para demandas mais espec\u00edficas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o seletiva:<\/b> mant\u00e9m-se a mesma l\u00f3gica da exclusiva (a distribui\u00e7\u00e3o ainda \u00e9 restrita), mas h\u00e1 diversidade de canais (por menor que seja) \u2013 isto \u00e9, comercializam-se produtos em PDVs com caracter\u00edsticas similares.<\/p>\n<p><b>Distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de capilaridade total: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">aqui, n\u00e3o importam as caracter\u00edsticas do ponto de venda. O objetivo \u00e9 estar no maior n\u00famero poss\u00edvel de estabelecimentos comerciais. Neste modelo, temos as distribui\u00e7\u00f5es direta e indireta, e o trade precisa planejar as a\u00e7\u00f5es para ambas as formas.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>#3 Perfil da equipe comercial<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ao pensar na implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de trade marketing, \u00e9 fundamental conhecer o perfil da equipe comercial. Visto que a \u00e1rea de vendas \u00e9 a principal aliada do trade quanto \u00e0 performance, n\u00e3o podemos criar muros entre elas. Pelo contr\u00e1rio, devemos ser parceiros na busca da gera\u00e7\u00e3o de resultados, sejam elas de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sell-in <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ou <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">sell-out<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>#4 Mapeamento de canais<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depois de definidas as estrat\u00e9gias de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 preciso mapear os canais de atua\u00e7\u00e3o. \u00c9 necess\u00e1rio realizar um verdadeiro Raio-X do canal para entender qual ser\u00e1 considerada a melhor execu\u00e7\u00e3o para cada ocasi\u00e3o de compra. \u00c9 neste momento que o trade marketing conquista significativa relev\u00e2ncia, ajudando a empresa na defini\u00e7\u00e3o do portf\u00f3lio de produtos adequados.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>#5 Metrifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como todas as \u00e1reas de uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de trade marketing \u00e9 um processo que exige metas (KPIs) bem definidas, al\u00e9m de monitoramento e gest\u00e3o das mesmas. Afinal, o que n\u00e3o \u00e9 metrificado n\u00e3o pode ser controlado e, se n\u00e3o pode ser controlado, n\u00e3o viabiliza atua\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica e geradora de resultados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Portanto, a metrifica\u00e7\u00e3o de todas as <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/club.involves.com\/blog\/acoes-de-trade-marketing\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">a\u00e7\u00f5es de trade<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9 um dos passos mais bem elaborados para a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de um departamento s\u00f3lido.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um dos <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/club.involves.com\/blog\/kpis-de-trade-marketing\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KPIs<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mais importantes que precisam de acompanhamento por parte do time de trade marketing \u00e9 o de margem de servir. Em outras palavras, quanto custa atender determinado cliente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Destaco, tamb\u00e9m, margem de contribui\u00e7\u00e3o dos produtos, cria\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00edndice <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">shoppability<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, faturamento, an\u00e1lises regionalizadas, entre outros indicadores tradicionalmente conhecidos, como faturamento e mix de produtos.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>#6 Gest\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como j\u00e1 mencionamos, o departamento de trade marketing envolve muito controle, principalmente relacionado \u00e0 execu\u00e7\u00e3o no PDV.
