A instabilidade da economia fez o consumidor realizar compras maiores de abastecimento. Patr\u00edcia Amaro, diretora Latam de E-commerce e Digital, entrou na empresa para iniciar a estrutura\u00e7\u00e3o de novos canais. Ela observou um ponto fundamental para transformar a cultura da empresa e acompanhar a performance do shopper.<\/p>\n<p>Dois exemplos claros s\u00e3o os portais <a class=\"\" data-tcb-events=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/br.recepedia.com\/?gclid=CMnblfGSkdUCFQQJkQod-0gMNA\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" target=\"_blank\">Recepedia<\/a> e <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.allthingshair.com\/pt-br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">All \ufeffthings hai\ufeffr<\/a>. Os usu\u00e1rios encontram informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre os produtos em forma de receitas e de penteados. Em cada um, todos os itens utilizados aparecem ao final das publica\u00e7\u00f5es e s\u00e3o disponibilizados para compra.<\/p>\n<p>Isso n\u00e3o vale somente para produtos que n\u00e3o s\u00e3o prioridade no carrinho. Se as pessoas passaram a frequentar mais o cash&amp;carry, quer dizer que elas passaram a comprar embalagens com quantidades maiores. Isso significa mais peso para carregar nas compras. Para Patr\u00edcia, a l\u00f3gica final \u00e9 de que seria mais conveniente para o shopper se essa mercadoria fosse entregue diretamente em casa.<\/p>\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, como fazer valer a venda de um item como sab\u00e3o em p\u00f3 na internet?<\/p>\n<p>A Unilever passou a fazer parcerias com startups como a <a class=\"\" href=\"https:\/\/www.homerefill.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Home Refil\ufeffl<\/a>, um site em que o usu\u00e1rio cadastra uma lista de compras e recebe todos os itens regularmente em casa. As marcas parceiras disponibilizam seus produtos em plataformas e o consumidor tem tudo \u00e0 m\u00e3o no computador.<\/p>\n<p>Uma vez cadastrada, a lista de compras passa a ser frequentemente atendida pelo site. Os produtos s\u00e3o entregues em casa, em datas programadas pelo cliente.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\">A influ\u00eancia do trade marketing no e-commerce do canal indireto<\/h2>\n<p>Durante a entrevista, Patr\u00edcia contou que o canal e-commerce come\u00e7ou totalmente focado no consumidor da Unilever. A partir do terceiro ano, a empresa iniciou um trabalho com o canal indireto e percebeu um fit que ainda n\u00e3o tinha sido considerado: distribuidores que j\u00e1 trabalhavam com plataformas de e-commerce. O&nbsp;trade deve seguir nessa pluralidade de canais.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O consumidor \u00e9 um s\u00f3. A integra\u00e7\u00e3o de base de dados, integra\u00e7\u00e3o de invent\u00e1rio de produtos e informa\u00e7\u00f5es tanto da ind\u00fastria quanto dos varejistas \u00e9 o pr\u00f3ximo passo na opini\u00e3o da profissional.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cl\u00e1udia afirma que, em m\u00e9dia, no Brasil, o consumidor que compra em mais de um canal vale uma vez e meia a mais do que um consumidor que compra num canal s\u00f3.
